Waterjetting applications

The applications of STC waterjetting machines are practically endless. The main concept is cleaning and surface preparation for further process (coating, restoration etc). Water jetting can be applied in every area of productive activity such as Shipping and Constructions.

Water jetting is by far the most environmentally friendly method. No need for compressed air (no investment for air compressors, no energy waste). Water is much easier to be found, cheaper and much easier to be administered.

Removal of foreign elements

The use of hot water has the advantage of removing oil and grease from the surfaces. The pressure of water jetting units can remove dirt, coatings and difficult stains from a surface. It's fast, efficient, safe and eco-friendly. It is ideal for cleaning food processing industries, medicinal plants and other industries that require cleaning without chemicals. The kind of job that can be performed by a water jetting machine depends on its working pressure and the flow rate it delivers.

Water sand blasting

All STC high pressure water jetting machines can be equipped with the sand blasting kit. The sand can be of various kinds, according to the job to be performed. This combination of high pressure water reinforced with sand boosts the effectiveness of the impact and productivity by at least 50%, leading to excellent results.

Rotating nozzle

Uses centrifugal force to produce a strong impact and a spray pattern. The nozzle rotates a powerful, zero degree spray pattern in a circular motion to break down tough dirt and grime. By spinning the discharge water, the spray adds additional scrubbing ability to the cleaning process.
